Almond Raspberry Overnight Oats

I actually forgot to put my overnight oats together last night.

So I put them together early this morning and let them sit for about 3 hours and managed to still have them work with a good consistency, which is good to know for those times when my brain doesn't fire on all cylinders the night before.

This combination of almond and raspberry is surprising and delicious!  I highly recommend you try them!





















Almond Raspberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1 1/3 c. oats
1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
1 1/3 c. milk
1 tsp almond extract
2 Tbs honey
1 1/4 c. raspberries
sliced almonds

Directions: 

Place the oats, yogurt, milk, honey, and almond extract in your mason jar (this is a doubled recipe and fits in a quart jar).  Put on the lid and shake vigorously until all the ingredients are mixed.  Allow the oats to sit overnight in the refrigerator.  In the morning, top with raspberries and sliced almonds.
