Chicken Caesar Salad Pasta

Sometimes, when you have been eating a lot of salads, you need to mix it up a little bit.  And to do that, we turned the classic Caesar Salad into a full meal by adding some fun cavatapi pasta to it.

The classic crispy lettuce, cool Caesar dressing, crunchy croutons, grilled chicken, and sweet tomatoes, topped with tangy Parmesan cheese and tossed with pasta makes for a light and refreshing meal on a hot summer day.

Use your favorite Caesar dressing for this recipe, or even make your own!

Chicken Caesar Salad Pasta


1 1/2 c. Caesar dressing
1 lb Cavatapi pasta, cooked until al dente and rinsed with cool water
6 large leaves Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. grape tomatoes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 grilled chicken breasts, diced
1 1/2 c. croutons


Combine the pasta, lettuce, chicken, dressing, pepper, and tomatoes in a large bowl

Top each serving with some of the Parmesan and croutons.
