Tangy Tarter Sauce

Tarter sauce is one of those things that I rarely use, so I never buy it.

But there are times when I really want it, so what is a girl to do?

Guess she has to make her own!

I've seen various recipes for tarter sauce, usually involving mayonnaise, lemon juice and sweet relish, but I actually prefer dill relish to sweet.  So, my tarter sauce is not your "traditional" tarter sauce.  I added some Worchestershire sauce to it to add a bit of a kick as well!  You should give it a try the next time you need something to accompany your fish.

Tangy Tarter Sauce

Ingredients:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. dill relish
1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp dill weed

Directions:

Whisk together all of the ingredients above and allow the mixture to sit in your refrigerator for an hour before using to fully incorporate the flavor.

Enjoy!
