Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

When you're eating salad, you really want something that gives it that pop!  That pizzazz!  That little something extra that takes a salad from mediocre to Mmmmmm!

This dressing is just the ticket!  It is so good, with the smoothness and tang of balsamic vinegar, no salad is impervious to its charms.  I could actually see myself marinating chicken with this dressing, it would be amazing!

This dressing has Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard that help with the creamy consistency, and it is good til the last drop.

Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette


1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs soy sauce
3 1/2 Tbs honey
3 1/2 Tbs Dijon mustard
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbs Greek yogurt
1 Tbs olive oil


Combine all the ingredients except for the olive oil in a small bowl (or mason jar).  Stir until smooth (or shake that jar to your heart's content), then add the olive oil and mix again.  I recommend keeping this in a jar, so that you can shake it before use as needed.
