Winter White Chocolate Popcorn

I never really got behind the whole "candied popcorn" craze that seems to be going around, but I also never really cared for caramel corn or kettle corn either.  I guess it's just something about sweet popcorn, I couldn't really fathom the appeal.  Douse it in butter!  Sprinkle it with salt!

But I have to admit, this stuff is slightly addicting...

And super easy to make, and customize!

I used white chocolate and a couple types of sprinkles...blue and white nonpareils and little white snowflakes for a fun winter touch.

Winter White Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients:

16 c. popped corn (1/2 c. unpopped)
2 c. white chocolate (melted)
Sprinkles

Directions:

Stir together your white chocolate and popcorn until evenly coated.  Stir in your sprinkles.

Spread the popcorn out onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper until the chocolate hardens.

Drizzle with additional chocolate if desired.

Enjoy!
